Understanding that you are blessed beyond belief
This weekend was another one for the books. No matter what happened, nothing could bring my mood down. I say this over and over, but it is because I mean it. My blog has truly made me a much happier person. Just being able to write down my emotions, write down my thoughts, and be able to reflect has helped me immensely. Prior to my blog, I was a mess. I had nowhere to place my emotions and truthfully no emotions to reflect on. Life seemed to just be passing before my eyes. I was not seeing the blessings that life has to offer even though I have always been blessed beyond belief.
After focusing on my blog for almost two months now, it really has made me realize how blessed I truly am. The best part about my blog is that I can go back, reflect on my emotions, and see all of the blessings in my life. If I have a bad day, I can reflect on the blessings in my life to help turn my day around. I feel that it is important to recognize where your blessings come from so that you can always remember them no matter how good or bad the times are. With that being said, I want to share the biggest blessings in my life.

Blessed Beyond Belief for My Lord and my Savior
I am a very religious person. While I might not attend church as much as I would like, that doesn’t negate the fact that my religious beliefs are the most important part of my life. No matter what I do in life, I know that God has a plan for me and that He is leading me in His path. That is really all I can ask for.

Blessed Beyond Belief My Parents
I truly believe that I have the greatest family in the entire world. Let’s start at the top and talk about my parents. I like to call them Mr. & Mrs. P. If any of you have read my article What My Dad Means To Me: Happy Father’s Day, you know that the “P” stands for perfect. That is the best word to describe how I feel about my parents. They are simply perfect.
No matter what has happened in my life, my parents have always been my biggest supporters and my best friends. We travel together, hang out on the weekends, and we simply enjoy eachothers company (at least I think they enjoy mine). They are constantly going out of their way for me, or comforting me when I am feeling down. And for that, I am forever grateful.

Blessed Beyond Belief My Sisters
I was the youngest child by six years. While I am known as favorite in our family, my sisters have found a way to keep me grounded. Some might call it torture, but they call it love. I remember waking up as a kid and would immediately be wrapped in a sheet and placed in a freezing tub. Then, to top it off, I would be tossed outside naked for a few minutes.
No, but in all reality, my sisters are the GOAT. They helped raise me and would drive me to or from sporting events. Heck, there was even one time where one of them drove three hours to come take care of me when I was sick. She left college to come and spend the day with there little brother. If that isn’t love, I don’t know what is.

Blessed Beyond Belief Charlie
Let’s talk about my little niece. Being an uncle is probably one of the best things that has happened to my life. I am fortunate enough to live with my niece, so I get to see her grow up every single day. It’s hard to explain, but when there is a child in your life, you realize that there is more to life than just yourself. There is someone who relies on you and someone that looks up to you. This is a pretty special feeling.

Blessed Beyond Belief My Friends
Life has been a rollercoaster for me. There have been many highs, but there have also been many lows. No matter what is happening in my life, my friends have always been there for me and they have always helped me fight through. This is a pretty cool feeling to have. When you find those friends that will do anything for you, keep them. They aren’t that easy to come by.

Blessed Beyond Belief My Job
I work for Lifetime Fitness. This company is easily the greatest company to work for. Everyday, I wake up and I get to go spend time with my friends and some of the closest people in my life. That’s right, I don’t see it as work, I see it as spending time with friends. I get the sense that I am like everybody’s little brother because I am the youngest. While there is some teasing that comes with that, there are also many perks. Seriously, it is like going to work with a ton of people that act like you and share the same interests that you do. It doesn’t get better than that.
I don’t know how my co-workers do it, but they put up with my outgoing attitude very well. I believe in positivity and that it directly impacts the environment that you are in. If this means joking around or occasionally doing stupid things, I do it. I am not afraid to admit that I make mistakes, but I do so to try and boost the morale of everyone around me. So to my co-workers, thanks for babysitting me everyday.
These are just a few things in my life that I am grateful for. If I were to write everything down, well it would probably be about a 500 page book. The examples above just go to prove that you don’t need money or fancy things to be happy. I know that it sometimes seems that money buys happiness, but that is why I wrote this post. Not only to show you, but also so that I can reflect on it as well. The next time that I am feeling down, I can simply come back to this post and remember what truly means the most to me in life. I will be able to remember that no matter what, I am blessed beyond belief.
