Just in case you couldn’t already tell, I have been on a Law of Attraction kick here recently. It’s consumed my thoughts, a lot of my conversations, and it’s getting to the point where it’s starting to become a habit – or maybe even an obsession.
I look back at where my life was two years ago and see nothing but sadness, unhappiness, internal pain, and misery. I had everything that my heart could have ever desired, but no matter how much I had, I still never found a true sense of happiness.
In not knowing what else to do, I started to consume the very thoughts in which I wanted to reflect. The music on my morning commute into work was replaced by motivating and uplifting podcasts. Endless hours of watching TV was replaced by hundreds of pages of self-development books being read. And the more I continued doing these things, the more that the unhappiness and pain that I had grown so accustomed to was starting to be replaced by happiness and optimism.
I didn’t really think too much of it at the time, but this was the Law of Attraction being put to work. Because of the Law of Attraction, I have been able to completely change my life – and change it for the better – over the course of just two short years.
While I still have a lot that I want to accomplish, I honestly can’t think of a time where I have been this happy. It’s almost as if every day is bringing more happiness, more joy, more opportunity, and a more abundant life. That’s just the power that the Law of Attraction has.
4 Exercises To Effectively Use The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction requires visualization and imagination. If you are not somebody who necessarily believes in the Law of Attraction, don’t worry, I was once with you too.
But after reaching a breaking point and realizing that I had nothing left to lose, I started to apply it to my life. I can’t tell you where I would be in life if I hadn’t started to implement the Law of Attraction into my life, and honestly, I don’t want to know. One thing that I am certain of is that it probably wouldn’t be a fun and enjoyable place to be.
The 4 exercises that I am about to share with you are the same 4 exercises that I started to implement into my life on a daily basis. It is because of these Here are 4 exercises to effectively use the Law of Attraction so that you can take your dreams to actual reality.
Exercise 1: You Need To Decide
The first of the 4 exercises to effectively use the Law of Attraction is to decide on exactly what it is that you want in life. You need to have a clear and detailed vision, otherwise, it won’t work.
For example, don’t just say you want more money. Get clear on how much money you want and how long it’s going to take you to obtain it. Don’t just say you want to lose weight. Get specific on how much weight you want to lose. Don’t just say that you want to achieve your dreams. Get specific on what your dreams are and which ones you want to achieve first.
The clearer you become on exactly what it is that you want in life, the stronger your attraction becomes and the likelier you are to obtain it.
Imagine how achieving your dreams will change your life.
- How will they benefit you?
- What will you be able to do more of that you currently can’t do enough of?
- How will they help you in becoming a better person?
Decide on exactly what you want. Don’t leave out any holes or gray spaces. Get clear and be precise because you will need a clear image for the next exercise.
Exercise 2: Envision Your Dreams
The net step to effectively using the Law of Attraction is to envision your dreams. This is why it’s important to know exactly what it is that you want to achieve and why you need to have a clear focus as to what your dreams look like. If you want to truly achieve your dreams, then you need to be willing to envision yourself in possession of them – almost as if they have already come to fruition.
Have all of your dreams written out with the exact vision of what your life will look like once you have achieved them. Every morning, close your eyes and reflect on the dreams that you wrote down. Envision yourself in the current moment and how your life would look with your dreams as your reality.
Before you go to bed, do the same. Close your eyes, read your dreams aloud, envision those dreams as your reality, and feel the attraction.
The more you envision your life having achieved your dreams, the more you start to attract those very dreams until they become your reality.
Exercise 3: Progress Towards Your Vision
The Law of Attraction doesn’t just entail you envisioning your goals and then having them magically appear in your life. As with anything in life, the Law of Attraction also requires you to actively work towards your goals. If you are not doing everything you can to progress towards your goals, you are never going to attract the things that you want.
This is why it’s important to have a clear vision for how you want your life to look. When you envision your life having achieved your dreams, you almost get this feeling that you have already achieved your dreams. You can see them, you can picture yourself living them, you can feel them. It’s almost as though they are already apart of your life.
Once you feel this sense of attraction towards your dreams, you start to work towards achieving them. Not only that, but you are more likely to stay motivated when various obstacles present themselves. When the vision you have for yourself starts to become so real that you can’t imagine your life any other way, very little will ever be able to stop you from fully achieving the life you dream of living.
Exercise 4: Experience The Reality of Your Dreams
Everybody is going to achieve their dreams at different times in their lives. Some may manifest their dreams after a few years, and for others, it may take a few decades. The times it takes for us to manifest our dreams is not up to us. The only things that we can control are our attitude, the belief we have in ourselves, and our willingness to work towards our dreams.
While you are going to face challenges and roadblocks along the way, never stop believing in yourself and never give up. If you do, then your dreams are only going to remain dreams instead of becoming your reality.
This is your life to create whatever reality you see fit. You have decided on the things that you want, you have created a vision for the life you want, and you have worked towards achieving the life of your dreams. You have envisioned this life in your head, and now all that’s left to do is to release it into the world and to make it your reality.
Before You Go
This isn’t a “quick fix” or a “get rich quick” scheme. The Law of Attraction is going to take endless amounts of hard work, persistence, belief, and willpower. But when you believe, and the more you believe in yourself and the power you hold, the more you will attract the very things you once thought of as dreams.
If you doubt yourself, slow down, acknowledge your doubts, and remind yourself that your doubts do not accurately reflect who you are as an individual. You are you, and that is your greatest strength. These 4 exercises to effectively use the Law of Attraction will help you to become the best that you can be and to live the life of your dreams each and every single day for as long as you believe.
